Den Ofen auf 220 \u00b0C Umluft (oder 250 \u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen und wenn vorhanden einen Pizzastein oder ein Backblech umgekehrt hineinlegen. Aus den Teigzutaten einen Knetteig herstellen und 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

F\u00fcr den Belag in der Zwischenzeit die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in gesalzenem Wasser ca. 15 Minuten angaren. Abgie\u00dfen, abk\u00fchlen lassen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche mit dem Frischk\u00e4se verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Den Schinken in Streifen schneiden. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln waschen, trocken tupfen und das Wei\u00dfe und Gr\u00fcne in feine Ringe schneiden. Den Rucola waschen und trockenschleudern.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Aus dem Teig 4 gleichgro\u00dfe Kugeln formen. Diese auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn ausrollen. Mit Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche bestreichen, die Kartoffelscheiben gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf dem Boden verteilen, den Schwarzw\u00e4lder Schinken ebenfalls gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen, mit Ricotta und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln belegen. Im hei\u00dfen Ofen in ca. 6 – 10 Minuten knusprig backen. Mit Rucola, frisch gehobeltem Parmesan, Salz und etwas frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer toppen.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
